קודם מנסים, אחר כך משלמים
אפשר לבנות סוכן הדגמה מהאתר של העסק ולדבר איתו בחינם, לפני שמשלמים משהו.
מנוי חודשי
- אפשר לבטל בכל עת במייל ל-contact@bizstaff.ai.
- הביטול נכנס לתוקף בסוף החודש ששולם. לא תחויבו בדמי מנוי נוספים; דקות שיחה נוספות שכבר נוצלו, אם היו, יחויבו פעם אחרונה.
- אין החזר על חודש שכבר התחיל, למעט מה שקובע הסכם עיבוד הנתונים אם תתנגדו לספק משנה חדש, או אם אנחנו מבטלים את המנוי.
דמי הקמה (פעם אחת)
- אם תבטלו לפני שהסוכן עלה לאוויר, דמי ההקמה יוחזרו במלואם. הסוכן עלה לאוויר כשהוא מוקם ויכול לענות ללקוחות שלכם לפחות באחד הערוצים: הצ׳אט באתר, WhatsApp או מספר הטלפון (שיחות או SMS).
- אחרי שהסוכן עלה לאוויר, אין החזר על דמי ההקמה.
דקות שיחה נוספות
דקות מעבר לדקות הכלולות בחבילה ($0.25 לדקה) מחויבות על שימוש שכבר היה, ואין עליהן החזר.
טעויות בחיוב
אם חויבתם פעמיים או בטעות, נחזיר את הסכום במלואו.
איך מקבלים החזר
כתבו ל-contact@bizstaff.ai עם שם העסק, תאריך התשלום והסכום (נא לא לשלוח מספרי כרטיסים). החזר שאושר יוחזר לאמצעי התשלום המקורי תוך 14 ימי עסקים. ייתכן שיחלפו עוד כמה ימים עד שהבנק או חברת האשראי יציגו אותו.
הזכויות שלכם לפי החוק
BizStaff נמכר לעסקים. אם החוק מקנה לכם זכויות נוספות לביטול או להחזר, למשל לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ״א-1981, מדיניות זו אינה גורעת מהן.

Try before you buy
You can build a demo agent from your business's website and talk to it for free, before you pay anything.
Monthly subscription
- You can cancel at any time by writing to contact@bizstaff.ai.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the month you already paid for. You will not be charged another monthly fee; extra call minutes already used, if any, are billed one last time.
- We do not refund a month that has already started, except as our data processing agreement provides if you object to a new sub-processor, or if we cancel your subscription.
Setup fee (one time)
- If you cancel before your agent goes live, you get the setup fee back in full. Your agent is live once it is set up and can answer your customers on at least one of the channels: your website chat, WhatsApp or the phone number (calls or SMS).
- Once your agent is live, the setup fee is not refundable.
Additional call minutes
Minutes beyond those included in your plan ($0.25 per minute) are billed for use that already took place and are not refundable.
Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, we refund the amount in full.
How refunds are paid
Write to contact@bizstaff.ai with your business's name and the date and amount of the payment (please do not send card numbers). Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or card company may take a few more days to show it.
Your rights under the law
BizStaff is sold to businesses. If the law gives you further rights to cancel or to a refund, for example under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, this policy does not limit them.
