An AI receptionist that answers patients 24/7

“Any appointments this week?”, “Do you take my insurance?”, “What should I bring?”. Your agent answers patients from your practice’s own information, sends your online booking link, and passes anything that needs a clinician or the front desk to your team. It never gives medical advice.

Free, no commitment. In Hebrew, English and any language your customers speak.

What swamps the front desk

  • Morning calls jam the line

Between 8 and 10 everyone calls at once, and patients who can’t get through give up. Your agent answers every call at the same time and texts your online booking link.

  • The same questions about insurance, prices and prep

Which plans you accept, what a root canal costs, whether to fast before a test. Whatever is on your website, your agent answers itself.

  • Urgent messages at night

Severe pain or swelling at 2 a.m. Your agent doesn’t assess anything: it points people to emergency services when needed and flags the message as urgent for the morning team.

What patients ask, and how your agent answers

Sample conversations from dental, physio, eye, nutrition and vet clinics. Every answer comes from the practice’s own information or its team.

    Can I book a cleaning?

Of course. I’ve texted you a link to the practice’s calendar, where you can pick a time that suits you.

    Great, thanks

Terrible toothache and my cheek is swelling

I’m sorry, that sounds painful. I can’t give medical advice. If you have trouble breathing or swallowing, call emergency services now. I’ve marked this urgent for the clinic team.

    • Marked the request urgent
    • Gave no advice and pointed to the right help
    • Passed it to the team on WhatsApp
  • Vet clinicWebsite chat

My dog ate chocolate half an hour ago

That can be dangerous, and I can’t judge how serious it is. Call the emergency vet line now, and if your dog is vomiting or shaking, go straight there. I’ve flagged this as urgent for the team.

Do I need to fast for the first visit?

No fasting needed for the first visit. Bring any blood tests from the last six months and a list of medications, if you take any.

    Do you offer online sessions?

Let me check with the team, and I’ll come back to you here.

Yes, sessions can be on Zoom too, for the same fee. Would you like to book an intro call?

It sends your own booking link

Your agent can’t see your calendar and never books slots. It sends patients your online booking link in the chat, on WhatsApp or by text after a call, and if you don’t have one, it collects the name, number and type of visit for the front desk.

  • Doctolibpractices in Europe
  • Calendly and Cal.comintro calls and consultations
  • SimplyBook.me and Setmoreappointment calendars
  • Your practice’s booking pageany booking link on your website

No booking link? Your agent collects the name, number and type of visit, and sends them to the front desk on WhatsApp.

What your agent never does at a clinic

  • Give medical advice

No diagnoses, no word on whether a symptom is serious, nothing about medication or doses. It offers an appointment or a call back from the team.

  • Hesitate in an emergency

Anyone describing chest pain, trouble breathing, heavy bleeding or thoughts of self-harm is told to call emergency services right away, and the message is marked urgent.

  • Collect more health details than needed

It asks only what’s needed to book: name, contact and the type of visit. It never confirms a slot itself.

  • Pretend to be human

It says it’s an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, and on the phone that the call is recorded.

Patients reach you however suits them

  • Website chat

Chat on your practice website: hours, insurance, prices and how to prepare.

  • WhatsApp

Patients book, move and cancel on WhatsApp, and the request reaches the front desk with every detail.

  • Phone

Answers your practice line even when it’s busy, and texts the booking link.

  • SMS

The booking link or directions by text, for patients who don’t use WhatsApp.

Questions

Does it give medical advice?

No. It doesn’t diagnose, recommend medication or say whether a symptom is dangerous. It shares your booking link or passes the message to your team, and in an emergency it points people to emergency services at once.

What about patient privacy?

It asks only what’s needed to book, never about medical history, and conversations are deleted on a fixed schedule. The details are in our privacy policy.

Can it put appointments straight into my calendar?

No. It shares your booking link or collects the details for the front desk. That way only your own system confirms appointments, and nothing gets double-booked.

Is it right for a vet or a small private practice?

Yes: dentists, physios, dietitians, therapists, optometrists and vets. Your agent learns from your website which treatments you offer, who sees patients and how to book.

Can it talk to patients in other languages?

Yes. It replies in the language people write or call in: English, Spanish, Russian, Arabic, Hebrew and many more.

Your next patient is calling now. Is the line free?

Type your practice’s website and hear how your agent answers.

Free. No sign-up, no card.
