An AI agent that answers every listing inquiry

A new listing brings dozens of “Is it still available?” calls and texts. Your agent answers from your website, asks about budget, bedrooms and pre-approval, and passes serious buyers to an agent.

Free, no commitment. In English, Spanish and any language your customers speak.

What happens to listing inquiries

  • “Still available?” a hundred times

Every listing brings the same question. Your agent answers at once, asks what’s needed, and passes only serious inquiries to an agent.

  • Evening and weekend leads

Buyers and renters browse after work and on weekends, and the first agent to answer gets the showing. Your agent answers right then, and an organized list is waiting for you on Monday.

  • An agent at a showing can’t answer

While you’re showing one home, three people call about the next. Your agent answers them all and collects showing times.

What buyers and renters ask, and how your agent answers

Sample conversations from a brokerage, listing agents, a leasing office, a property manager and a new development.

  • Realtor in San DiegoText message

Is the 3-bed in North Park still available? Can I see it Saturday?

Your agent confirms availability and showings. Which times work on Saturday, and are you pre-approved? I’ll send it all to the agent now.

    Do buyers pay your commission?

Our website says buyer’s agent compensation is set in a written agreement before you tour, and the agent will go over it with you. Want me to set up a call?

Water’s coming through the ceiling in the unit I rent from you

I’m sorry. If the water is near any electrics, switch off the power at the breaker panel. I’ve sent this to the property manager as urgent, with your address and number.

    When can buyers move in?

Our website says move-ins are expected in spring 2027. The sales team will talk to you about the homes left and their prices, and I’ll pass them your details.

I want to sell my house. What’s it worth?

An agent prepares a market analysis after seeing the home. What’s the address, how many beds and baths, and when could they stop by? I’ll pass it on now.

Showings and meetings, through your calendar or straight to an agent

Your agent collects the area, budget, bedrooms and dates and passes them to an agent. If you have a showing or meeting link, it shares that. It never books a showing itself or promises a home is available.

  • Your listings pageit links to the right property
  • Zillow and Realtor.comyour listing pages
  • ShowingTimeshowing requests
  • Calendlybuyer and seller consultations
  • Google Calendar booking pagesthe office calendar
  • The agent’s WhatsApp and emailan inquiry with budget, bedrooms and dates

What the agent gets: the name, number, the property or area, budget, bedrooms, move-in date, pre-approval and good times to see it.

What your agent never does in real estate

  • Say a home is available, or what it costs

Unless your website says so. Otherwise an agent confirms.

  • Value a home

An agent who has seen the home prepares a market analysis. Your agent collects the address and details and sets it up.

  • Give legal, tax or mortgage advice

Questions about taxes, contracts or mortgages go to the right professional.

  • Pretend to be human

It says it’s an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, and on the phone that the call is recorded.

Inquiries from every listing, on every channel

  • Website chat

Chat on your website: listings, neighborhoods and fees.

  • WhatsApp

Buyers and renters who use WhatsApp ask there, and your agent asks what’s needed.

  • Phone

Answers your local number when you’re at a showing, and calls back on request.

  • Texts

Texts from your local number: a reply to a showing request and the listing link.

Questions

Does it know which homes are available?

It knows what’s on your website, but it never says a home is still available. That always goes through an agent, so nobody shows up to a place that’s already under contract or leased.

What does it ask people who inquire?

The area, budget, bedrooms, move-in date, whether they’re pre-approved and when they’d like to see it. You get it all in one message.

Does it work for property management?

Yes. Tenants report maintenance problems, and it collects the address, a description and a photo for the property manager. Urgent cases, like a leak near electrics, are flagged at once.

Does it answer mortgage questions?

No. It gives no mortgage, tax or legal advice, and points people to a professional. If you work with a lender, it can pass the inquiry to them.

Can it talk to buyers in Spanish or another language?

Yes, in the language they write or call in: English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese and many more.

Someone is scrolling your listing right now. Who answers?

Type your brokerage’s website and see how your agent answers about properties.
