An AI receptionist that answers guests 24/7

Guests ask about free rooms, check-in, parking and dogs at any hour, in any language. Your agent checks availability on your own booking site, sends a link with the dates already in it, and passes anything that needs a person to the front desk.

Free, no commitment. In Hebrew, English and any language your customers speak.

Where hotels lose bookings

  • Late-night questions go unanswered

A guest who asks at 10 p.m. about the weekend books wherever answers first. Your agent replies at once, with a booking link for the dates they asked about.

  • The front desk answers the same questions all day

Check-in time, parking, breakfast, pool towels. Your agent answers all of these from your website, so the team can look after the guests in the lobby.

  • Direct bookings drift to the big booking sites

When your site gives no quick answer, guests go back to the big sites and you pay commission. When your agent sends a link to your own booking engine, the booking stays yours.

What guests ask, and how your agent answers

Sample conversations from hotels and B&Bs. Every answer comes from your website, your booking site or your team.

Guest asked on chat: “Can you call me about an accessible room?”

Hi, this is the hotel’s AI assistant calling back about an accessible room. Is now a good time?

Yes, my mother uses a wheelchair.

We have two accessible rooms with a step-free shower. I’ve sent your dates to the front desk so they can hold one for you.

It checks availability on your own booking engine

For hotels and B&Bs only: when a guest asks about dates, your agent opens your booking site for those dates, reads what it shows at that moment, and sends a link with the dates and guest count already in it. It never books on its own and never promises a price.

  • SiteMindera link with dates and guests
  • Cloudbedsa link with dates and guests
  • Mewsa link with dates and guests
  • Little Hotelierfor B&Bs and small hotels
  • SimpleBookinga link with dates and guests
  • Your Booking.com pagewhen you have no engine of your own

Using another engine? Your agent sends your booking link as it is, and the guest picks the dates.

What your agent never does at a hotel

  • Make up rates or free rooms

Prices and availability come only from what your booking site shows at that moment, always as “what the site shows now”, never as a promise.

  • Confirm a booking itself

Bookings are made on your own booking site. Special requests, like connecting rooms or a late check-out, go to the front desk.

  • Take card details

If a guest types a card number into the chat, your agent asks them not to and points them to your secure payment page.

  • Pretend to be human

It says it’s an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, and on the phone that the call is recorded.

On every channel guests write on

  • Website chat

On your hotel’s website, next to the Book button: answers questions and sends dated links.

  • WhatsApp

Guests who already booked write on WhatsApp about arrival times, parking and room requests.

  • Phone

Answers the front-desk line when nobody can pick up, in the caller’s language.

  • SMS

Short answers and links by text, for guests who don’t use WhatsApp.

Questions

How does it know which rooms are free?

It opens your booking site for the guest’s dates and reads what it shows at that moment, just as a guest would. It presents that as what the booking site shows now and sends a link with the dates in it. It never logs in to your property system or changes anything.

Can it make or cancel a booking?

No. Bookings happen on your own booking site, and changes or cancellations go to the front desk on WhatsApp with all the details.

Does it work for a B&B with two rooms?

Yes. Even without a booking engine, your agent answers from your website, collects the dates and number of guests, and sends them to you on WhatsApp. The smallest plan is for businesses with up to 5 people.

Which languages does it speak with tourists?

Whichever language they write or call in: English, French, Russian, Arabic, Spanish, Hebrew and many more, by text and on the phone.

What about guests already staying with us?

They message it on WhatsApp as they would the front desk: the Wi-Fi password, pool hours, a taxi to the airport. Anything that needs the team, like extra towels, goes to reception with the room number.

The next guest is asking about this weekend. Who answers?

Type your hotel’s website and watch your agent answer and check availability.

Free. No sign-up, no card.
