An AI receptionist that books consultations

People call when they’re stressed: a firing, an IRS letter, a claim. Your agent answers about your practice and fees, sends your consultation link and passes on a name, a number and a topic. No advice, ever.

Free, no commitment. In English, Spanish and any language your customers speak.

What eats a firm’s time

  • “Just a quick question” calls

Every first call turns into a free 15-minute consultation. Your agent explains what the firm does and books a meeting when a professional opinion is needed.

  • Phone tag with new leads

A prospect leaves a voicemail, you call back from court, they call back while you’re with a client. Your agent answers at once, collects a name, a number and a one-line topic, and shares your consultation link.

  • Tax season

From February to April, questions about documents and deadlines never stop. Your agent answers from your website and sends the document checklist.

What clients ask, and how your agent answers

Sample conversations from law firms, CPAs, a tax preparer, an insurance agency and a notary.

Consultations, booked through your own calendar

Your agent sends your consultation or intake link, or collects a name, number and topic for the office. It can’t see your calendar, and never books a meeting on an attorney’s behalf.

  • Calendlyconsultations
  • Acuity Schedulingconsultations and paid sessions
  • Clio Growlegal intake forms
  • Microsoft Bookingsthe firm’s Outlook calendar
  • HubSpot Meetingsmeetings with new clients
  • Your contact formor no calendar at all

No online calendar? Your agent collects a name, number and one-line topic, and sends them to the office on WhatsApp and by email.

What your agent never does at a firm

  • Give legal, tax or insurance advice

No opinion on a case, no odds, no investment tips and no fee estimate that isn’t on your website. A consultation instead.

  • Ask about the case

It asks only for a name, a way to reach them and a one-line topic, and keeps what people share confidential.

  • Commit on the firm’s behalf

No promised filing date, outcome or discount. Every commitment goes through you.

  • Pretend to be human

It says it’s an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, and on the phone that the call is recorded.

Questions

What about confidentiality?

Your agent never asks about the details of a matter: only a name, a number and a topic. Conversations are deleted on a fixed schedule and never used to train models. See our privacy policy.

What if someone insists on a legal answer?

It politely explains that it can’t give advice, and offers a consultation or a call back from the attorney.

Can it answer questions about fees?

Only if the fee is on your website, such as a flat fee for a will or the cost of a first consultation. Otherwise it says the fee is set at the meeting.

Does it suit an insurance agency?

Yes. It answers about the types of insurance you write, collects details for a quote and passes them to an agent. It never recommends a policy or says what’s covered.

How do inquiries reach me?

On WhatsApp and by email, with a short code. Reply with the code, and your answer goes to the client.

A prospective client is calling, and you’re in court. Who picks up?

Type your firm’s website and see how your agent answers without giving advice.
